How to Make Wet Seeds in Sandustry Guide
Sandustry Wet Seed guide for combining Seeds with Water, managing suspension, delivering them to Planter Boxes, and avoiding blockages in flower farms.
How do you make Wet Seeds?
Official source notes state that Seeds combined with Water become Wet Seeds. A Wet Seed grows into a Flower when it touches a Planter Box. Build the conversion close to the delivery route so the material does not wander through unrelated machinery.
Why do Wet Seeds behave awkwardly?
Wet Seeds have the same density as Water according to the official notes, so they can remain suspended instead of sinking away. This makes a large mixed pool difficult to sort by eye. Use a small controlled water section and test the exit path with a limited input.
Deliver them to the Planter Box
Keep the Wet Seed route separate from Gold and other output materials. The Planter Box accepts Wet Seeds from above and allows Gold and Amethelis through as listed in the source notes. Leave the lower side open for collection rather than allowing drops to pile under the planter.
Avoid an early seed backlog
Store extra Seeds or Wet Seeds until the planting and harvesting sides are proven. More prepared input does not help if flowers are not being cleared. Scale the wetting line only after a full flower cycle stays stable.
